Returns & Exchanges

I accept returns on most ready-to-ship items within 7 days of delivery or pickup.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Returns received after 7 days cannot be accepted

  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the item is received and inspected.

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

Because custom and made-to-order pieces are created specifically for you, these items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

This includes:

  • Custom sizing

  • Special stone selections

  • Personalized or altered designs

Defective or Damaged Items

I take great care in making and inspecting each piece.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

  • If the issue is verified, I will repair or replace the item when possible

  • If repair is not possible, a refund will be issued

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

Normal wear, accidental damage, or misuse are not considered defects.

Shipping & Responsibility

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • I am not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once an item has shipped

  • Tracking information is provided when available

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available by arrangement after purchase in North Delta and selected locations in the Lower Mainland, scheduling permitting.

Pickup requests are reviewed after purchase. If a mutually convenient location cannot be arranged, shipping may be recommended instead.
